Tedesco & Associates provides the network and best practice search methodologies of a large retained search firm, combined with the high touch partner-led and executed approach of a small firm - all at a client friendly fee. We specialize in searches for Manager, Director, VP/SVP, and C-level assignments for larger companies, and VP to C-level assignments for slightly smaller companies. We perform searches where the base salary of the position is at $135,000 and above.
This broad range in the level of our recruitments represents a major gap in the capabilities of other search firms - You can count on us to help you hire executives and their teams. We manage very few concurrent engagements and have a partner-level consultant involved in all facets of each search we lead. Our approach, services, and results are tough to match.
LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT & DEVELOPMENT
We leverage leadership assessment as part of our hiring process through partnerships with two global leadership assessment firms. The assessment provides an additional data point on a candidate's competencies, traits, and leadership style to show the environments where a candidate can do their best and how they can be best supported in their success. By leveraging a third party partners for this service, our clients receive an unbiased perspective on that individual. This is a best practice approach.
We are available to screen candidates found by our client's at an hourly rate. These interviews may take place over the phone, through video conferencing, or in person. We provide a summary for each interview and share our recommendations with the hiring team.
Through our recruiter training program, we will put your in-house recruiters through a course geared to enhance their abilities in your company. They will learn how to source candidates more creatively, interview more effectively, and perform with a consultant's mindset.
